At Marama, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction. We want to see you happy enjoying our products. Therefore, we are sharing our exchange and return policies with you:
* These policies apply only if the report is generated within 24 hours of receiving the product, in order to validate the warranty for incorrect delivery, spills or damage to the package at the time of receipt.
Returns

No returns are accepted , except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors in the shipping packaging.

If the package arrives open, damaged, or broken , do not accept it . Report it immediately to file a claim with the shipping company, attaching photos of the product and packaging.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product , take a photograph of the order and send it to contacto@maramaproducts.mx , including your order number.

We do not offer cash refunds.

If a refund is applicable, it will be issued in the form of a Marama product .
